Parking & Gate Information
 All
pedestrian and vehicle gates are secured at all times. You
must have a remote to open a vehicle gate or a key to open
pedestrian gates. The manual entry code to open any of the
gates has been disabled. If you are a visitor, use the call
box to call residents, and they will be able to buzz you in.
When walking through a gate, be sure it closes solidly
behind you.
Parking Permits must be displayed in vehicles when on
Villa Borgata Property.
There is no guest or common parking area inside the gates.
Please use the guest parking area if you are a visitor.
Vehicles illegally parked inside the gates will be towed at
the owners expense, no exceptions. Security Information
 Patrolled
security provided by American Industrial Security, with
scheduled onsite patrols with 24 hour onsite security as
warranted (typically during summer season).
